Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Saaf Pani Authority (PSPA), Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids for the supply, installation and commissioning of a 10 kilowatt solar power system at its newly established divisional office in Lahore, Punjab. This project aims to equip the office with renewable energy infrastructure, reducing operational costs and environmental impact. The tender is issued under single stage two envelope bidding procedure, with technical and financial bids to be evaluated separately to ensure transparent and competitive procurement.
Bidders must be eligible contractors registered with relevant tax authorities and capable of delivering solar installation projects. Bid security is required as specified in the bid data sheet, and bidders must demonstrate technical competence through project experience, equipment specifications, and qualified supervisory staff. All bidders must sign the integrity pact as a condition of participation, ensuring ethical conduct throughout the bidding and execution process.
Bid documents are available from the Punjab Saaf Pani Authority office in Lahore. Interested bidders must submit sealed technical and financial bids before the closing date of July 8, 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
