Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, is inviting sealed competitive bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare School Boys located in Surkhpur, Gujrat on the New Kuri Sharif Road near Basic Health Centre Surkhpur. The contract is for a two-year period covering the academic years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The tender seeks qualified transport operators and service providers to manage comprehensive school bus operations including vehicle deployment, route management, and student safety protocols. Eligible bidders include individuals, companies, and joint ventures that meet all specified criteria and can provide legible documentary evidence supporting their qualifications.

Electronic bids must be submitted through the designated platform with the closing date specified in the tender notice. Bid opening and evaluation will follow the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
