The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites sealed bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare School Girls located at 14-Km GT Road Rana Town, Shahdara, Sialkot District, Punjab for the academic years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. This tender seeks qualified transport operators to provide reliable and safe school bus services for students attending the second shift of the institution. The scope includes the supply, operation and maintenance of appropriate vehicles along with trained and skilled staff to ensure safe student transportation in compliance with all safety regulations and service performance standards established by the school administration.
All individuals, companies, and joint ventures are eligible to participate in this competitive bidding process provided they meet the prescribed criteria detailed in the bid documents. Bidders must submit valid documentary evidence including vehicle ownership documents, route permits, insurance certificates, and proof of experience in school transportation services. A bid security deposit is required as stipulated in Section 2.13 of the bid document. Bids received without required undertakings, documentary evidence, and supporting documents will be rejected at the initial evaluation stage. Sealed electronic bids must be submitted on or before the closing date of 11 July 2026 at the office of the Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, 2nd Floor, Building Directorate of Labour Welfare (North), Labour Colony, Defence Road, Lahore. The bid opening ceremony will be conducted as per scheduled dates mentioned in the tender documents.
