Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare H/S School Girls located in Labour Colony, Defence Road, Lahore, Punjab. The contract period covers the fiscal years 2026–2027 and 2027–2028. This tender seeks qualified bidders—individuals, companies, or joint ventures—to provide reliable bus transport operations and management for school students. The transport service must meet defined performance levels and operate under the supervision of school administration in coordination with the directorate.
Eligible bidders must demonstrate compliance with all criteria specified in the bid document and submit comprehensive documentation including valid undertakings, evidence of vehicle ownership or leasing capacity, proof of relevant licenses, and audited financial statements demonstrating capability. A bid security deposit is required from all participants. Bidders may participate as single entities, joint ventures, or consortiums but are prohibited from participating in multiple consortiums simultaneously. All bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees and prepared in accordance with the bid format prescribed in the document.
