Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare H/S School (Boys), Rana Town, Shahdara, Lahore for the contract period 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. This procurement encompasses the provision of skilled bus transport operations and management to support school transportation requirements across Punjab. The service scope includes deployment of properly maintained vehicles, trained operational staff, and coordination with school administration to ensure reliable daily transport services for students and staff.
All individuals, companies, and joint ventures complying with the specified criteria are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidders must demonstrate valid operational licenses, vehicle registration documents, and financial capability to execute the contract. A bid security requirement will be applicable as detailed in the bidding documents. Single parties, consortiums, and joint ventures are permitted to participate, provided consortium members do not simultaneously participate in multiple bids for this tender. Currency of bids shall be in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise specified.
Bidders must obtain complete bid documents from the office of Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, 2nd Floor, Building Directorate of Labour Welfare (North), Labour Colony, Defence Road, Lahore. All bids must be submitted electronically in sealed format before the closing date. The bidding process will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders are required to submit all legible supporting documents including undertakings, valid documentary evidence, and service proposals. Bids lacking complete documentation are liable to rejection at initial evaluation stage.
