The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites sealed electronic bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare School Boys Evening Shift, Block No 13 Near Sugar Mills Colony Jauharabad, Punjab for the agreement period of two years covering fiscal years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The scope includes provision of vehicles and skilled drivers to operate scheduled transport services for students attending the evening shift. The service is critical to ensure reliable daily transportation for the school's student body. All individuals, companies and joint ventures complying with the eligibility criteria specified in this bid document are eligible to participate.
Bidders must be financially sound and capable of deploying well-maintained vehicles with qualified, experienced staff. Bid security is required as specified in Section 2.13 of the tender document. Participants may bid as single entities, joint ventures or consortiums, but cannot participate in multiple consortiums simultaneously. All bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees with complete documentary evidence including undertakings, vehicle registration documents, driver qualifications, and insurance certificates. Bids received without proper documentation and mandatory undertakings shall be rejected at the initial stage.
Bid documents are available for download from the procuring authority. Electronic bids must be submitted through the designated portal before the closing deadline of 11 July 2026. The bid opening ceremony will follow immediately thereafter. Bidders are required to read all terms and conditions and raise any objections in writing prior to submission. The bidding process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
