Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites sealed competitive bids for hiring transport services for Quaid-e-Azam Public Primary School (Boys), Pakkii Kotli, Daska Road, Sialkot, Punjab for the academic years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The scope of work includes provision of vehicles, operation and management of school transport service, and deployment of skilled transport staff. Bidders must ensure timely and safe transportation of students in accordance with service performance levels specified in the bid document. This procurement is limited to individuals, companies, and joint ventures meeting the criteria outlined in the tender document.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit all legible required documents including valid documentary evidence and supporting undertakings as per the bid document specifications. Bid security must be provided as detailed in Section 2.13 of the tender requirements. Bids received without proper undertakings, valid documentary evidence, and required supporting documents are liable to be rejected at the initial stage.
