The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites competitive bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare School Girls located in Gulshan Labour Colony opposite FBR Office, Gujranwala, Punjab. The contract period spans two financial years: 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. This tender seeks qualified bus transporters and transport service providers to operate and manage daily transportation services for school students. Eligible bidders include individuals, companies, and joint ventures that meet the specified criteria outlined in the bid document. Bid documents are available from the Directorate of Education office located at 2nd Floor, Building Directorate of Labour Welfare (North), Labour Colony, Defence Road, Lahore. Electronic bids must be submitted as per the submission guidelines detailed in Section 1.3.2 of the bid document. Bidders are required to read all terms and conditions carefully and submit written objections, if any, before the bid submission deadline. No objections will be entertained after the deadline. The opening and evaluation of bids will proceed according to the schedule and procedures outlined in the bid document.
