Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites bids for hiring transport services for Quaid-e-Azam Public Primary School Girls, Evening Shift located at Pakki Kotli Daska Road in Sialkot, Punjab. The transport service contract shall be for a period of two years covering 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. This procurement is open to individuals, companies, and joint ventures that meet the specified eligibility criteria. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive proposals including vehicle hiring arrangements, operational management plans, and service performance commitments to ensure safe and reliable transportation for students.
Eligible bidders must comply with all documentary requirements as outlined in the bid document, including valid undertakings, supporting documents, and evidence of compliance with bidding procedures. Bid security is required as per the terms specified in Section 2.13 of the bidding document. Bidders may participate as single parties, joint ventures, or consortiums, but are prohibited from participating in multiple consortiums simultaneously. All bids must be submitted in Pakistani Rupees and must be signed by authorized representatives with proper company stamps and seals.

Electronic bids must be submitted as per prescribed procedures, and the bidding process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act of 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
