Rawalpindi Waste Management Company invites sealed bids from well-reputed manufacturers, firms and companies authorized as distributors registered with the Income Tax Department for a Frame Work Tender for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers five distinct items: MS GI Sheet, Lubricant Items, Tyres Tube and Flaps, Batteries, and Water Filter. This tender operates under national competitive bidding procedures conducted online through the E-PAS Acquisition and Disposal System under the rules 32(c)(4) of FPR-14. The scope encompasses supply and delivery of these materials to support the organization's operational requirements in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be well-reputed manufacturers or authorized distributors registered with the Pakistan Income Tax Department. All bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped and submitted in complete conformity with the bidding documents. Original bid security as specified in the bidding documents is mandatory and shall be submitted at the RWMC Head Office by the closing date and time of bid submission. The bidding procedure follows national competitive standards with transparent evaluation processes.
Bidding documents will be made available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and EPADS portal (punjab.eproc.gov.pk) free of cost. Prospective bidders may view and download documents from these platforms. Online opening of technical bids will be conducted on 19 July 2026 at 11:30 hours through EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives.
