SCM MHIL Heavy Industries Limited invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing National Tax Number certificates for the supply of tyres specifically designed for electric urban transit buses. The procurement covers three tyre sizes: 2660 units of Tyres 265/70 R19.5 with a load rating of 3550 kg, 960 units of Tyres 275/70 R22.5 rated for J speed with 18 plies, and 1734 units of Tyres 295/80 R22.5. Delivery is required within thirty days of contract signing, with supply locations at NEVF, HIT Taxila, and related centres in Punjab. The tender reference IT-359 is being processed under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA and MoDP rules.
Bidders must possess NTN certificates and submit comprehensive documentation including HIT registration or pre-qualification letters, attested copies of registration and NTN certificates, CNIC of the managing director, audited financial reports for the last three financial years, and audited bank statements for the preceding year. A certificate on judicial paper worth Rs 100, duly attested by an oath commissioner, confirming the firm is neither defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organisation is mandatory. Bid security will be as specified in the bidding documents, and performance bank guarantees must be provided as per tender requirements. Validity of the offer must also comply with document specifications.
