Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI) invites sealed competitive bids for repair, maintenance and services of air conditioners, refrigerators, dispensers and mortuary chiller equipment for the financial year 2026-27. This is a non-consultancy services tender issued on a national basis using a single stage two envelope bidding methodology. The scope of work encompasses preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, spare parts supply and installation services for all cooling and refrigeration equipment installed across the polyclinic facility located in Islamabad Capital Territory.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including valid business registration, relevant technical qualifications, and demonstrated past experience in similar service contracts. A bid security declaration is mandatory. Interested bidders should carefully review all technical specifications, service level requirements and contractual conditions outlined in the bidding document. Financial capacity and net worth evaluation forms must be completed and submitted with the bid.
