Description / Scope of Work
Federal Government Polyclinic Islamabad (FGPC-PGMI) invites bids for the purchase of general store items for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national level procurement of goods conducted through a single stage-two envelope bidding process. The procurement is intended to supply essential general store items to support the operations of the polyclinic located in Islamabad Capital Territory. Interested vendors and suppliers are invited to submit competitive bids for the supply of specified items as detailed in the bid documents.
Eligibility criteria and detailed evaluation methodology are outlined in the tender documents. Bidders must meet the prescribed eligibility requirements and possess necessary business registration and tax documentation. A bid securing declaration is required from all participating bidders to ensure the integrity and seriousness of the bidding process. Sealed bids must be submitted in two separate envelopes containing technical and financial proposals respectively. The bidding process follows the Standard Bidding Document format with general and special conditions of contract.
