Description / Scope of Work
Ignite - Pakistan Startup Fund, based in Islamabad, invites pre-qualification applications from eligible service providers for the provision of air travel agency services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This is a non-consultancy services procurement using a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding methodology. The procuring agency has reserved funds to engage a qualified air travel agency to support the operational and administrative travel requirements of the Pakistan Startup Fund across Federal territory and beyond. This pre-qualification notice aims to identify competent service providers who will be invited to participate in the formal bidding process scheduled to commence in the coming months, with contract award expected thereafter.
Eligibility is open to all national applicants meeting the qualification criteria detailed in the Pre-Qualification Document. Interested applicants must satisfy relevant eligibility requirements, including valid business registration, relevant experience in air travel agency operations, and compliance with financial and administrative standards as specified. Applicants are required to submit complete pre-qualification applications through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) in accordance with the prescribed format and submission guidelines.
