Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed competitive bids for the hiring of vehicles on contract basis for a period of fifteen (15) months with an estimated annual cost of rupees one thousand (1000). The procurement scope includes three categories of vehicles: one unit of 4x2 light commercial vehicle with a carrying capacity of approximately 1000 kilograms, two units of 4x4 double cabin pickup vehicles, and three units of 4x4 single cabin pickup vehicles. All vehicles must be in good mechanical condition, fully insured, and equipped with necessary documentation including valid registration and fitness certificates. The contract will be operated on a hire basis with SNGPL retaining all ownership rights and responsibilities for maintenance and operational compliance.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with Federal Board of Revenue as active taxpayers and possess valid business registration certificates. Bidders must provide original income tax returns and sales tax registration documents. The bid security requirement is equivalent to five percent of the total estimated contract value. Bidders are required to demonstrate their capacity to provide properly maintained vehicles with experienced drivers and support staff. All vehicles must carry comprehensive insurance coverage and meet the specified technical and mechanical standards as outlined in the detailed bid documents.
Bid documents may be downloaded from the E-PADS portal at www.e-pads.com.pk following registration and verification as an active taxpayer. Interested bidders must upload their bids through the PPRA portal on or before July 9, 2026 at 11:30 hours. Bid opening will be conducted on the same date and time at SNGPL offices. Technical queries and clarifications should be directed to the Managing Unit Department of SNGPL. All bids must comply with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and SNGPL's standard bidding documents.
