Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, invites sealed bids for repair work of aviary net as per technical specifications detailed in the bidding documents. This is a service contract under tender reference LP/T-4148-B/26/ABZ issued by the Purchase Department of PSPC. The scope of work involves comprehensive repair and restoration of aviary netting to specified standards. Bidders are required to conduct a mandatory physical site visit to Malir Halt, Karachi, Pakistan, to assess the full scope of work before submitting their bids; failure to do so will result in automatic rejection of the bid. Bidders may submit a maximum of two alternative options, each with a separate price quote.
All bidders must ensure proper signing and stamping on all pages of the submitted documents. The bidding process follows a single stage one envelope procedure, streamlining evaluation and award timelines. Earnest money deposits from unsuccessful bidders will be returned within five days of the Final Evaluation Report being posted on EPADS and PPRA portals. All procurement activities are conducted in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and integrity standards.
