Description / Scope of Work
A Public Sector Organization invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, stockists, wholesale dealers, manufacturers and proprietors holding valid GST and NTN numbers for the purchase of UPS units on F.O.R. Lahore basis. The tender reference is TENDER NOTICE NO. 10/2025-26, and bidders are required to submit their quotations with complete details as specified in the attached list. The procurement is open to suppliers with their own offices and verified telephone numbers operating in Lahore, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must deposit five percent earnest money of the quoted value as a non-refundable deposit at call in favor of the Pr. Accounts Officer, which will be refunded upon completion of satisfactory supplies and guarantee period if applicable. Bidders without earnest money deposits will be rejected. Tenderers must possess GST and NTN registration numbers and be recognized as reputable suppliers in the market. The validity of all quoted rates must be 90 days from the date of submission. A written request addressed to the Pr. Administrator must accompany documentary evidence as proof of status and registration.
Tender documents are available upon payment of Rs. 1,000 non-refundable through Deposit-at-Call or Pay Order in favor of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 10068, Lahore. Suppliers must bring their I.D. Card for collection of tender documents. The last date for purchasing tender documents is 18 July 2026 before 10:00 AM, with submission deadline at 11:00 AM the same day. Tender opening will take place at 11:30 PM on 18 July 2026.
