Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for the supply, procurement, repair and overhauling of multiple categories of items across ten separate tenders issued by PAF Base Nur Khan Rawalpindi in Punjab. The tenders cover tools and DMBR-85 kit items for helicopter maintenance (71 and 88 various items respectively), avionics and electrical engineering equipment (3 items), spares for advance systems (53 items), surveillance equipment services (49 items), camera monitoring systems (32 items), networking equipment (17 items), services level agreements (1 item), hardware for flight simulator operations and maintenance (13 items), and medical devices including phacoemulsification machines, colour doppler ultrasound machines, and infant incubators (4 items). The procurement scope is substantial with items and services required across multiple operational and medical support functions.
Participating firms must comply with Pakistan Air Force Standard Bidding Documents and complete specifications available on the PAF website at www.paf.gov.pk. Unregistered or un-indexed firms with DGDP must provide minimum six months of bank statements, proof of godown, manufacturer or stockiest credentials, photocopies of owner NIC for FOR tenders, and OEM agency agreements. A treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 is required from unregistered firms, and firms must submit a non-disclosure agreement on Rs. 100 judicial stamp paper to the Directorate of Procurement (Air) prior to tender document issuance. Earnest money is required, and firm past performance including previous defaults, late deliveries, and late submission of bank guarantees will be considered as essential benchmarks for acceptance or rejection of quotations.

Tenders close on 21 July 2026 with staggered opening times between 1000 and 1230 hours. Performance periods range from three to six months after contract signing. Tender notices are published on PPRA website (www.ppra.org.pk) and newspapers including Daily Jang, The Nation, Daily Nawa-i-Waqt, Daily Pakistan Observer, Daily Ausaf, and The Express Tribune.
