Description / Scope of Work
The Secretariat of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh invites electronic bids through the e-Pak acquisition and disposable system (EPADS) for the procurement of miscellaneous items, entertainment and gifts, stationery, printing, uniforms, computer stationery, store costs, other services rendered, and repair of machinery and garden maintenance for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is open to eligible bidders and interested firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, including those with Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and Sindh Revenue Board Department certification. This single stage single envelope tender covers various supply categories required for the efficient operation of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh located in Karachi.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax purposes, and with the Sindh Revenue Board Department. Interested firms are required to submit a written application to obtain complete bidding documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000 for each item, payable as demand draft or pay order up to 10:00 am on 08.07.2026. Bid security and tender fee in original instruments must reach the procuring agency by the day prior to bid opening. All rates quoted must be inclusive of Income Tax and Sales Tax Regulatory Duty, with taxes deducted at source as per prescribed rates.
Bidding documents may be obtained from the Drawing Disbursing Officer at the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on Court Road, Karachi, with contact number 021-99213679. Bids will be opened by the procurement committee on 08.07.2026 at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Procurement Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per SPPRA Rules 2010 as amended. In case the tender opening date falls on a government declared public holiday, the submission and opening will be deferred to the next working day.
