Description / Scope of Work
The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids from well-established, experienced, and financially sound furniture manufacturers for the procurement of furniture and fixtures for schools and institutions at the NUST H-12 Campus in Islamabad, Federal Province. This re-tender is open to bidders who are registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). The procurement follows a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure with bid submission scheduled for 30 June 2026 at 11:00 hours and opening at 11:30 hours on the same day.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers of furniture registered with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) and capable of participating in electronic procurement through e-PADS. All bidders are required to submit a tender processing fee of PKR 5,000 in original form as a Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of the NUST SGI Account, NUST H-12 Islamabad, at the time of technical bid opening. Complete bidding documents containing full descriptions, specifications, and detailed terms and conditions are available on the e-PADS website at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
All electronic bids must be submitted through the e-PADS platform by the specified deadline. NUST reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to bid acceptance by invoking rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules (PPR) 2004.
