Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the procurement of shooting range jackets and trousers under RFQ-003823. The scope includes supply of 5 units of shooting jackets and 5 units of shooting trousers, each constructed from double-strength cotton canvas or linen with synthetic suede or leather components, top grip rubber patches, stretch fabric lycra or spandex, and synthetic or cotton lining. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. This procurement is intended to equip the institute's shooting range facility with specialized protective apparel meeting established quality specifications.
Submission of samples is mandatory for quality approval and the order remains subject to sample acceptance by IBA. Bidders must ensure compliance with all specified material requirements and construction standards. Payment will be made through crossed cheque following receipt of invoice and delivery of items. General Sales Tax applies to applicable items, and government taxes, levies and charges will be assessed as per applicable SRO rates. A liquidity damage charge of 2% per month will be imposed on delayed deliveries. Stamp duty at 0.35% of the total purchase order value will be levied accordingly.
Quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi by 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, cancel items, adjust quantities, or distribute orders among multiple lowest responsive bidders without assigning any reason. The quoted rate per item is final and no subsequent variations will be permitted.
