For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
This is a multi-lot uniform procurement for special needs students across four categories (boys/girls uniforms, shoes, jerseys) totalling Rs 20 lakhs for financial year 2026–27. Bidders can pursue individual lots or the full tender. All lots are one-off procurements with validity extending to June 2027, suggesting potential for follow-on orders if performance is strong. Registration with both FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority is mandatory; unregistered suppliers cannot participate. The relatively modest lot sizes and technical split (technical bid opening before financial) indicate standard government procurement rigour.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid income tax registration (FBR) and sales tax registration (Punjab Revenue Authority). Firms must not be blacklisted, debarred, or suspended by any government procuring agency or PPRA. The notice does not specify PEC category or industry-specific credentials; typically, uniform suppliers must demonstrate relevant manufacturing or supply experience and adherence to quality standards.
