The Government Institute for Slow Learners Lodhran invites sealed bids for the procurement of winter and summer uniforms for 92 students (boys and girls) for the financial year 2026-27. The total estimated value of this procurement is Rs. 1,200,000, comprising four separate lots: boys uniforms including shirt, pant with belt, tie, and bunyan (estimated Rs. 400,000); girls uniforms comprising shalwar, qameez, and dupatta or shawl, with shawl to be replaced by dupatta in summer uniform (estimated Rs. 300,000); school shoes in black color for boys and girls with black socks, Bata/Service or equivalent (estimated Rs. 400,000); and jerseys for boys and girls (estimated Rs. 100,000). The procurement is located in Lodhran, Punjab, at House No. 2-A, District Complex, Chak No. 100/M.
Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (Sales Tax, Income Tax) and E-PADS to participate. A bid security of 5% of the total estimated value must be submitted separately for all four lots combined in the form of a call deposit from a scheduled bank in the name of the Headmaster. All tenders must comply with PPRA Rules 2014, Rule 2(a) 38, using a single-stage, two-envelope procedure for technical and financial offers. Bidders are required to submit certified copies of ID card, General Sales Tax registration, Income Tax registration, and an affidavit confirming non-disqualification and compliance with tender terms and conditions.

A performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract value must be deposited before supply. The successful bidder is responsible for transportation, and a random sample of delivered items will undergo government laboratory testing at the firm's expense.
