Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) invites bids for printing, binding and supply of jackets and textbooks for the academic session 2026-27. This procurement is in accordance with the demand of the Programme Monitoring and Implementation Unit, Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme (PMIU-PESRP). The scope includes approximately 72,909 units with a total estimated cost of Rs. 6,999,264. The supply is to be delivered to the designated Godown of PMIU at Lahore, Punjab. Interested bidders must be well-reputed printers, publishers, firms, companies, joint ventures, group consortiums, associations of persons, or sole proprietors registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments with adequate experience in the relevant field and not currently blacklisted by the procuring agency.
Bidders must possess valid registration certificates from Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated price in Pakistani Rupees must be submitted in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt, Demand Draft, or Pay Order from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in favour of PECTAA. Paper samples and original instruments of paper testing fees must also be submitted physically along with the bid security. The procurement requires good quality materials including paper, inks, and glue as per approved specifications detailed in the bidding document. All rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes and costs, with supply to the designated Godown at Lahore.
Bid submission is exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded online with supporting documentation submitted physically to the tender box at PECTAA Office, Adjacent Pilot School, Link Wahdat Road, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore, well before the submission deadline of 08 July 2026 at 11:00 a.m. The technical bid opening will occur on the same date at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
