Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab Head Office in Lahore invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the supply, delivery and installation of Hybrid On-Grid Solar Systems across various bank branches in Punjab. This procurement follows the PPRA single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure as detailed in Schedule-A of the bidding documents. The project encompasses complete supply and commissioning of solar panel systems with professional installation services at designated locations throughout Punjab province. Bidders must submit all technical specifications, equipment details and warranty support information as part of their proposals.
Bidders are required to submit a call deposit of two percent (2%) of the estimated project cost in favor of The Bank of Punjab along with their sealed technical bid envelope. Bidders must be capable of delivering and installing all items within two weeks of purchase order issuance. All quoted prices must be in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes such as GST and income tax. Bids submitted without inclusive tax calculations will be rejected as non-responsive. The Bank reserves the right to verify the genuineness of all equipment from independent sources and may forfeit any refurbished or second-hand equipment without payment.
Sealed bid envelopes containing the two percent call deposit must be delivered to the Head Centralized Procurement office at 1st Floor, BOP Tower, 10-B Block E/II, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore on or before 13 July 2026 by 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Alternatively, bids may be uploaded through the E-Pads portal until the closing deadline. Quoted prices must remain valid for ninety days from bid closing.
