The Punjab Workers Welfare Fund, through its Directorate of Education, invites bids for hiring transport service for Workers Welfare School (Boys) located in Labour Colony, Chandi Kot Stop, Warburton, District Nankana Sahib, Punjab. This tender is for the provision of transport service covering the years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The bidding process is conducted in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act of 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. The scope of work involves providing reliable and efficient bus transport services for school operations, ensuring safe and timely transportation of students and staff to and from the school premises.
All individuals, companies, and joint ventures complying with the criteria specified in the bid document are eligible to participate. Bidders must be registered and possess valid operational licenses for transport business. A bid security deposit is mandatory as per the terms outlined in the bid documents. Bidders are required to submit all mandatory documents as specified without fail, including undertakings, valid documentary evidence, and supporting documents demonstrating their capability to deliver the required service. Bids lacking complete documentation and required undertakings will be rejected at the initial evaluation stage.
