Description / Scope of Work
The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) under the Government of the Punjab invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement and installation of a solar system at Govt. College of Technology, Kamalia in Punjab. The estimated project value is PKR 5,800,000 with a bid security requirement of PKR 290,000. This is a single-stage two-envelope national competitive bidding process conducted on a least cost method with accumulative cost basis. The project scope encompasses the complete supply, delivery, and installation of solar power generation infrastructure for the educational institution located in Kamalia.
Eligible bidders must be active tax filers registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, and PPIB Category C3 in the relevant commodity code. Bidders are required to submit original bid security in the form of a certified demand draft, pay order, or cheque favouring Principal Govt. College of Technology, Kamalia. The bid security must be physically received at the institution's address prior to the electronic bid submission deadline. All bids must be submitted electronically through the e-PADS (e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System) portal, and item-wise rates will not be accepted; only accumulative rates for the entire tender scope are permissible.
