The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites sealed bids for the hiring of transport services for Workers Welfare School Boys located in Sahiwal, University Block, opposite Comsat University. The contract period spans two years covering 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. This transport service procurement is for school bus operations and vehicle hiring to support the educational institution's daily operations. The contract will be awarded to eligible bidders who meet the specified evaluation and selection criteria outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligible participants include individuals, companies, and joint ventures that comply with the criteria specified in the bid document. Bidders must submit all required legible documents including undertakings, valid documentary evidence, and supporting documents as indicated in the bid requirements. A bid security is required as per section 2.13 of the bidding document. Bids received without proper documentation, undertakings, and supporting evidence may be rejected at the initial evaluation stage. Bidders must read the complete bid documents and applicable laws before submission. The bidding process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act of 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Sealed bids should be submitted as per the submission procedures outlined in Section 1.3.2 of the general instructions. All objections to terms and conditions must be submitted in writing prior to the bid opening date, after which no further objections shall be entertained.
