Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites sealed bids for hiring transport services for the Workers Welfare School (Girls) Morning Shift located in Sahukimallian, Sheikhupura, Punjab for the financial years 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. This procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act of 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. The transport service is essential for daily operations of the school and requires qualified vendors to provide safe, reliable, and efficient vehicle operation and management.
All individuals, companies, and joint ventures complying with the criteria specified in this bid document are eligible to participate. Bidders must demonstrate valid vehicle registration, appropriate commercial licenses, valid documentary evidence of experience in transport operations, and proof of compliance with traffic laws. Bidders must submit a bid security as specified in the tender document. Single parties, joint ventures, and consortiums are permitted to bid, though participation in multiple consortiums is restricted. No changes to consortium composition are allowed after submission without prior approval.
The bid document is available from the Directorate of Education office located at 2nd Floor, Building Directorate of Labour Welfare (North), Labour Colony, Defence Road, Lahore. Sealed bids must be submitted at the same address before the closing date of 11 July 2026. E-bids are accepted through the designated portal as per instructions in Section 1.3.2. Bid opening will proceed immediately after the closing date. Bids received without complete required documentation, undertakings, and supporting evidence are liable to rejection. All prospective bidders are required to thoroughly review the bid documents and applicable laws before submission.
