Description / Scope of Work
Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sargodha invites electronic bids for providing and fixing removable safety mesh/net in sewerage manholes at different locations in Canal Sub Division, Sargodha, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 4,971,278/-, and the scope includes installation of protective safety mesh systems across multiple manhole locations within the Canal Sub Division area to enhance worker safety and prevent accidental falls or debris ingress into sewerage infrastructure. This procurement is open to contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers registered with the e-PADS system and verified with FBR and PRA (holding valid NTN and PNTN registration).
Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 248,564/- (5% of estimated cost) in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Deputy Director (West) Division, WASA Sargodha. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the tender title before the e-bid submission deadline at the Deputy Director (West) Division office located opposite Company Bagh, Sargodha. All bids must be valid for 120 days, and conditional tenders will not be accepted. Bidding documents are available for free download from the e-PADS portal.
Electronic bids must be uploaded as PDF files on the e-PADS website (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by 08th July 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM. Single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure applies. Bidders are responsible for uploading bids well before the deadline to avoid technical issues.
