Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sargodha invites electronic bids for providing and fixing of removable safety mesh/net in sewerage manholes at different locations within the city subdivision of Sargodha, Punjab. This procurement project has an estimated cost of Rs. 4,980,675 and aims to enhance safety measures across the sewerage infrastructure in Sargodha. The project scope involves installation of safety mesh systems at multiple manhole locations throughout the city to prevent accidents and improve operational safety. Bidders must be registered with the e-PADS system and hold valid registrations with FBR and PRA including NTN and PNTN certifications. All participating contractors, firms, manufacturers, and authorized dealers must submit a bid security in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan amounting to Rs. 249,034, representing five percent of the estimated project cost. The bid security must be submitted in physical form at the Deputy Director (West) Division's office opposite Company Bagh before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bidding documents are available for free download from the e-PADS portal and WASA website without any charges or fees. Electronic bids must be uploaded as PDF files through the e-Procurement System at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 08th July, 2026 at 02:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 02:30 PM. The single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure will be followed, and all bids remain valid for 120 days from submission. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and rates must be filled in both figures and words.
