Description / Scope of Work
The Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of computers and laptops for Mines Labour Welfare Girls High School located in Dandot District Chakwal. This tender is issued under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure as per PPRA Rules. The estimated cost for bid security purposes is Rs. 390,000. Bidders are required to submit their proposals through the EPADS platform (https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk) by 08-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. The technical bid will be opened on the same date at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidder representatives at the office of the Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, 70 Trade Centre Block, Johar Town, Lahore.
Bidders must be authorized dealers or distributors of original manufacturers and are required to submit valid and active Income Tax Registration, Professional Tax Registration certificates, and PST documentation as specified in the tender document. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of CDR/Bid Security along with technical and financial proposals on E-PADS. All bidders must complete the mandatory checklist before submission. Bids will be rejected if unsigned, ambiguous, conditional, or not conforming to specifications. The bid validity period is 90 days from the opening of the technical bid.
Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for download from the PPRA website and E-PADS platform. The financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened on a scheduled date to be announced later.
