Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) is inviting sealed quotations from registered bidders for the supply of LED items under Tender Enquiry No. LED/050/26. The procurement is being conducted through the electronic bidding system (EPADS) as per government regulations. The tender covers supply of unspecified LED items with delivery on a carriage-paid basis to SNGPL's address in Lahore, Punjab. Bidders are required to submit their lowest and firm quotations with the best delivery terms, including unit prices, lump sum prices if applicable, and any deviations from specifications. The scope includes providing detailed item numbers, applicable discounts, and complete specification compliance details.
Registered bidders are eligible to participate in this e-bidding tender. Quotations must remain open and firm for a minimum period of 90 days from the tender closing date. Bidders must submit their original sealed bids as quoted on EPADS along with a Bid Securing Declaration to the General Manager (Procurement) at SNGPL's Head Office in Lahore before the closing deadline. The bid envelope must be marked "Confidential" and addressed appropriately. Only one representative per bidder bearing a Letter of Authority is permitted to attend the bid opening ceremony.
Bid documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk for registered bidders. All tenders will be publicly opened at 1500 Hours on the closing date (08.07.2026) at SNGPL's Head Office, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Payment will be made within 30 days of goods receipt, except when subject to approval, in which case the 30-day period commences from the approval date.
