Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites sealed quotations for the supply of LED equipment under Tender Enquiry No. LED/041/26 dated 18 June 2026. The procurement is open to interested bidders and will be conducted through electronic bidding via EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Deliveries are to be made carriage paid to SNGPL's head office located at 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan. The tender scope includes supply of items with detailed specifications, technical literature, and relevant brochures to be provided by bidders along with their quotations. Bidders must quote firm prices inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties, with the option to indicate any deviations from specifications and country of origin for imported items. GST at 18% is to be clearly mentioned unless items are exempt, with no subsequent clarification accepted after bid opening.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to possess necessary business registration and relevant credentials. A Bid Securing Declaration (as per Appendix-I) must accompany each bid as a guarantee of acceptance and compliance with purchase order terms. Bids not accompanied by the requisite Bid Securing Declaration will be rejected as non-responsive. Quotations must remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the tender closing date. The quoted prices must be based on delivery as mentioned in the attached specifications and requirements, with carriage paid to the designated address.
Bid documents, including detailed terms and conditions containing specifications, requirements, and general conditions, are available for registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Sealed bids with Bid Securing Declaration must be submitted electronically before the closing time of 14:30 hours on 08 July 2026, addressed to the General Manager (Procurement) at SNGPL Head Office, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore. All tender enquiries shall be publicly opened at 15:00 hours on the same closing date at the office address, where only one representative per bidder bearing a Letter of Authority is permitted to attend. Late Delivery Charges at 1% per week (maximum 10% of delayed material value excluding sales tax) will apply if deliveries are not completed within stipulated timelines, except for Force Majeure events.
