Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply, installation, commissioning and integration of 20 Cisco Catalyst 9115AX wireless access points for deployment at PSO House and divisional offices in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement includes Cisco DNA on-premises essential licensing for three years, CAPWAP software, Network Plug-n-Play connect functionality, and ceiling mounting kits with USB console cables. The wireless access points must support 802.11a/b/g/n/ac and 802.11ax (WiFi 6) standards with 4x4 MU-MIMO, dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz radio support, minimum data rates of 1.7 Gbps at 5 GHz and 300 Mbps at 2.4 GHz, and PTA regulatory approval. The project scope includes providing, installing, commissioning and integrating access points with the existing Cisco Catalyst C9800-L-C-K9 controller, integration with PSO's Active Directory and DHCP server, and 802.1x authentication through Cisco ACS and AD.
Bidders must be authorized enterprise partners or distributors of Cisco in Pakistan with valid OEM certificates and manufacturer authorization forms (MAF) issued by the regional OEM authority. All bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments. Bidders are required to submit technical brochures with complete specifications, demonstrate that quoted models are presented on the manufacturer's website, and identify any additional integration requirements. The entire cost must include all taxes, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning. PSO reserves the right to verify all technical responses with the OEM and to reject any bid found to contain manipulated, forged or fabricated documents during technical evaluation.
Quotations must be submitted in USD by 07 July 2026, with commercial invoices provided in both USD and PKR along with State Bank of Pakistan exchange rate sheets. Payment shall be made in PKR as per SBP-notified exchange rates. The successful bidder must guarantee delivery, installation, configuration and testing within 12-13 weeks of purchase order issuance and provide three years of OEM replacement warranty (next business day) at site with local partner support.
