Description / Scope of Work
PCSIR Head Office Islamabad invites e-bids for replacement of 120mm cable to 185mm cable from transformer to meter along with meter box and allied electrical works at their headquarters in Islamabad. This civil works project is referenced as PCSIR/HQ/HT/ISBD/26 and involves upgrading the electrical distribution infrastructure at the institute's main office located at 1-Constitution Avenue G5/2 in Islamabad, Federal Province. The scope encompasses removal of existing 120mm cables, installation of new 185mm cables, procurement and installation of meter box, and completion of all allied electrical works necessary for proper functionality of the upgraded electrical system.
Bidders must meet prescribed qualification criteria and eligibility requirements as specified in the bidding documents. Prospective contractors are required to submit bid security as outlined in the evaluation and qualification criteria section. Domestic preference shall apply as per government procurement regulations. Bidders from eligible countries as defined in Section IV of the bidding documents are invited to participate.
