Installation of Electrical Cables at Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner Head Office

The Mines Labour Welfare Commissionerate Punjab invites sealed bids for the Installation of Electrical Cables at Head Office of The Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner for Operation of Newly Installed Electric Connections. The project is estimated at Rs. 1,458,000 and is located at 70-Trade Center Block, Johar Town, Lahore, Punjab. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, with bid submission closing on 20 August 2026 at 11:00 A.M.

Eligible bidders must be firms of Category C-06 licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council for the year 2026-27 under PPRA Rules. Bidders are required to submit a 5% Bid Security of Rs. 72,900, along with their Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal by the deadline. Valid and active Income Tax, PST, and PEC Registration certificates must accompany all bids. Bidders must complete all entries in the Bill of Quantities and rate analysis with no blank fields, as incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login and the PPRA website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.asps. Technical proposals will be opened on 20 August 2026 at 11:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner. Financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened on a scheduled date to be announced later. All bidders must complete the mandatory checklist before submission.
