Supply of Electric Cables by Institute of Business Administration Karachi

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites sealed bids from active taxpayers of manufacturers, firms, companies, distributors and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities for the provision and supply of electric cables. This single-stage, one-envelope tender is issued under reference RM/01/26-27 and concerns the supply of electrical cabling materials for institutional use in Karachi, Sindh. The tender process follows Standard Procurement Procedure (SPP) Rules 2010 and is advertised through the SPPRA e-procurement platform to ensure transparent and competitive bidding. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers with valid registration from relevant tax authorities, demonstrating financial credibility and compliance with regulatory obligations. Bid security of 2% must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made payable to IBA Karachi. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000, payable via a challan generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank Ltd branch. Tender documents are available for download from both the IBA portal and the SPPRA EPADS website from August 06, 2026. Bidders must submit their bids and supporting documents through the SPPRA EPADS portal, with the original bid security and signed bid documents delivered physically to IBA's Main Campus before the opening schedule. Bids will be opened on August 21, 2026 at 03:30 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives.
