Description / Scope of Work
The Embassy of Pakistan in Beijing invites sealed quotations and bids from reputable and experienced firms and companies for the procurement and supply of hardware equipment required for the implementation and operationalization of the e-Office digitalized document workflow module. The tender encompasses the supply of IT and hardware infrastructure solutions with detailed technical specifications to be provided in the tender documents. The scope includes supply, installation, and after-sales support for genuine, high-quality, and reliable equipment. Tender documents are available from 24 June 2026 onwards from the ADP Office at Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing located at No. 1, DongzhimenwaiDajie, Sanlitun, Chaoyang District, Beijing, Post Code 100600.
Eligibility criteria require that individuals, firms, and companies must provide proof of registration with local Chinese tax departments and relevant local authorities. Bidders must possess demonstrable experience and technical expertise in supplying, installing, and maintaining IT and hardware infrastructure solutions. The supplied equipment must be accompanied by warranty and after-sales technical support services where applicable. The successful bidder shall deposit a refundable security amount equivalent to 5 percent of the total bid value in the form of a pay order in favour of the Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing. Quoted rates must remain valid for a reasonable period, preferably 30 to 60 days from the date of bid submission.
Detailed tender documents including the list of required hardware equipment, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, scope of supply, and delivery requirements may be obtained from the Office of the ADP until 12:00 hours on 08 July 2026. Sealed bids must be submitted by 08 July 2026 at 12:00 hours latest, with bid opening scheduled for 08 July 2026 at 15:00 hours at the ADP Office, Embassy of Pakistan, Beijing. Bidders must provide item-wise and category-wise quotations clearly indicating unit cost, total cost, applicable taxes, and any additional charges.
