Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, based in Karachi, invites sealed bids for the procurement of Digital Thermal Offset Plates as per technical specifications and bill of quantities outlined in tender reference LP/T-4161/26/AA. This procurement covers supply of digital thermal offset plates for the corporation's printing operations in Karachi, Pakistan. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure and is open to qualified bidders meeting the specified eligibility requirements.
Bidders must be authorized dealers of original Kodak, Fuji, Agfa, or equivalent internationally recognized manufacturers of offset plates. A valid authorization certificate from the principal manufacturer must be attached with the bid submission. Make and brand references in the tender document should be read in conjunction with the word "Equivalent". Bidders can submit up to two options only. Submission of a mandatory sample is required, otherwise the bid will be rejected. A standard warranty must be provided. All bid pages must be signed and stamped by the bidder. Non-compliance with these conditions will result in automatic rejection.
