The Cantonment Board Malir invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Q5 Pro Outdoor High Refresh Rate 7680Hz LED Display Modules at Malir Cantt in Karachi, Sindh. The procurement involves 22 sets of dual-sided silicone coated outdoor display modules with dimensions of 3.15ft x 5.8ft totaling 18.27 square feet per pole, to be mounted at Aziz Bhatti Road between Ordinance Chowk and Alamiqbal Chowk. The tender is issued under Rule 36(b) of the PPRA Rules 2004 and is intended for suppliers, contractors, wholesalers, original equipment manufacturers and authorized dealers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed as active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and possess valid registration certificates as active taxpayers. Interested firms must submit attested copies of valid registration certificates along with tender applications. The bid security is fixed at five percent of the bid price in the form of a pay order or demand draft made payable to the Cantonment Executive Officer. Bidders bear full responsibility for material testing and field testing costs from recognized laboratories. No escalation in rates will be entertained and performance guarantees of five percent of the contract value must be furnished as per PPRA Rules 2004 before agreement conclusion.
Bidding documents are available at the Office of the Cantonment Board Malir, Bostan Lines, Malir Cantt, Karachi, obtainable during office hours for Rs. 2000. Technical proposals must be submitted by July 13, 2026 at 12:00 Noon, with technical envelope opening scheduled for July 13, 2026 at 12:30 Noon. Financial proposals of technically accepted bids will be opened publicly at a date, time and venue to be announced in advance. The bid validity period is 180 days from submission. All applicable government taxes must be paid by contractors, and bids must comply fully with PPRA Rules 2004 specifications.
