AFIRM Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the supply of ALAC store items for the financial year 2026-27. This tender is issued under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and regulations. Bidders are required to quote items from good reputed manufacturers meeting European quality control and CE standards. All items must be directly purchased from manufacturers and supplied with original delivery challans and relevant manufacturing documents. Items should be properly packed in cardboard boxes. The non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 7,000 (Rupees Seven thousand only) must be deposited with AFIRM Rawalpindi at the time of tender submission.
Bidders must comply with all PPRA rules in letter and spirit. All items quoted must include a 24-month warranty period starting after delivery to patients, covering all after-sale services including maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement at no cost. The supplier will be responsible for providing necessary training to AFIRM staff on operating, software, and troubleshooting of supplied items. Bidders should be registered and hold valid business registration. Tender documents must be submitted in duplicate with separate sealed envelopes for technical and commercial bids, each containing catalogues and brochures with country of origin and manufacturer details clearly indicated.
Tender documents must be deposited by hand or courier to reach AFIRM Rawalpindi by 1000 hours on 15 July 2026. Documents received after the deadline will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the tender opening date and evaluated before commercial bids are opened. Quotations must be valid until 30 June 2027 and include all applicable taxes, packing charges, and transportation costs. Delivery should not exceed ninety days from supply order issuance. The Commandant, AFIRM Rawalpindi is the receiving authority for all tender submissions.
