Description / Scope of Work
National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is inviting bids for operation and maintenance services of a complete fire fighting system with allied accessories installed at the NBP G-5 Building located in Islamabad. This is a three-year contract for comprehensive operational, maintenance, and technical support services to ensure the fire fighting system remains functional and compliant with safety standards. The contract covers daily operational checks, weekly and monthly maintenance services, annual inspections, and emergency technical support. The scope includes servicing of all fire fighting equipment, testing of detection systems, refilling of extinguishing agents, and immediate response to system failures. Bidders must be eligible contractors with proven experience in fire fighting system maintenance and operation, possessing relevant technical qualifications and licenses as per Pakistani standards. Bid security is required as specified in the bid data sheet. All bidding documents must be submitted in soft form only through the EPAD portal before the closing deadline. Bids will be opened in accordance with Rule 36(a) of PPR-2004, and evaluation will follow single-stage one-envelope procedure under national competitive bidding. The contract will be awarded to the most advantageous bidder based on technical merit and financial proposal. Interested bidders should obtain complete bidding documents including the scope of services schedule and price schedule from the official NBP procurement office. Bid submission must be completed through the EPAD portal with all required supporting documents, bid security instruments, and compliance certifications attached before the deadline.
