CMT & SD Golra Road Rawalpindi invites sealed tenders for the procurement of miscellaneous cover water proof, jacks, MT tools, machine tools, equipment and Article-in-Use items to meet anticipated logistic support demands of dependent users during the financial year 2026-27. The tender is issued under Tender No. 1145/01/1ST HALF/FY 2026-27 and follows the single stage two envelope process as per PPRA Rules 2004. This procurement covers a range of essential stores required for military operations and support services across Punjab province.
Bidding is open to all manufacturers, authorized agents and distributors, suppliers and contractor firms who possess valid registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Excise & Taxation Departments, hold Active Taxpayer List status with FBR, and maintain registration with DGDP, DGP-A, any Ordnance Depots of Pakistan Army, CAF or SECP. Eligible bidders must submit a Bid Security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of CDR. Mandatory submission of Technical Proposal, Financial Proposal, Bid Security and Bidder's Eligibility Documents in the prescribed manner is required, and lab test reports for cover water proof from ASID Lahore and IAS&C Karachi are compulsory for quotations to be entertained.
Tender documents are available for inspection at the Local Purchase Office of CMT & SD Golra on working days between 0800 and 1600 hours during the response period at a cost of Rs. 5,000 in cash (non-refundable). Sealed tenders must be deposited in the tender box at the Main Gate of CMT & SD Golra on or before 21 July 2026 at 1030 hours, and will be opened on the same day at 1100 hours. All quoted rates must be inclusive of applicable taxes, valid till 31 December 2026, and bidders must submit lowest and best prices as per Army Specifications with no price negotiation permitted.
