Description / Scope of Work
Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites proposals from qualified engineering consultants for consultancy services in planning, design, and construction supervision for the construction of a Drain Naia IC Pump House at Ya Ali Colony and rehabilitation of existing Naia from Giddu Chowk to Ya Ali Colony, Giddu Naka, via Mir Fateh Colony and Mehran Oil Mills near Pathan Goth Giddu Naka, Latifabad, Hyderabad, Sindh. This is a significant infrastructure project in Hyderabad requiring comprehensive engineering expertise and oversight throughout the construction phase. The scope encompasses full planning and design coordination as well as on-site construction supervision services to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Eligible bidders must be reputable engineering consultants with a minimum of 20 years of relevant experience and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Registration Certificate. Proposals must include detailed project profiles, technical and financial expertise documentation, and evidence of successful completion of similar projects. Consultants should be registered with the relevant professional boards and government authorities of Sindh as specified in the RFP document. Proposals must be submitted online through the SPPRA e-Procurement System EPADS portal at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk by 02:00 PM on 09 July 2026. Technical and Financial Proposals shall be submitted online via EPADS in respective sections; manual physical submissions will not be accepted. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM in the office of the Municipal Commissioner. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held as mentioned in the RFP, and interested consultants must submit questions in writing one week prior to the meeting. The advertisement is also available on SPPRA website and the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all proposals per SPPRA Rules.
