Description / Scope of Work
The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), operating under the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible bidders registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) for the procurement of hardware equipment. The tender, referenced NADRA-HQ-RFB-79/2026, covers the supply of 11 desktop computers, 11 multifunction printers, and 40 single finger print devices. The procurement will be conducted in Islamabad at NADRA headquarters, State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad 44000. This is a single stage two envelope bidding process for eligible vendors meeting all regulatory and tax compliance requirements.
Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with FBR and listed on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) to participate in this procurement. All eligibility criteria, detailed technical specifications, terms and conditions, and regulatory requirements are available on the EPADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk for registered bidders. Bid security in original form is required with all submissions. NADRA reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of PPRA Rules 2004.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 16th July, 2025 at 11:00 am. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am. The original hard copy of bid security must also be submitted on or before 16th July, 2025 at 11:00 am; otherwise the electronic bid will not be accepted.
