Description / Scope of Work
National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited invites electronic bids through EPADS for the provision of cafeteria services at NESPAK House in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement is conducted through a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure and is open to reputed catering contractors, vendors, and firms registered with the Income Tax Department and active on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bidders must be duly licensed by the Punjab Food Authority to provide cafeteria services. The scope encompasses complete management and operation of cafeteria facilities at the NESPAK House location in Lahore.
Eligible bidders must meet all statutory registration and licensing requirements including income tax registration, active taxpayer status, and valid food authority licenses from Punjab. Detailed terms and conditions governing the bid security, technical specifications, and performance obligations are provided in the complete e-bidding documents available on EPADS. All bidders are required to meet minimum qualification and experience criteria as specified in the tender documentation.
E-bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk. Interested bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS on or before July 9, 2026 up to 1100 hours; manual bids will not be accepted. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours through EPADS in the presence of attending bidder representatives. This invitation is also published on NESPAK's official website at www.nespak.com.pk and on the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. NESPAK reserves the right to reject all bids in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules.
