Peshawar Development Authority intends to conduct a public auction of commercial plots, residential plots, and cafeteria facility in Regi Model Town, Peshawar on 25 August 2026 at 11:00 hours. The auction encompasses two commercial plots on owner-ship basis in Sub Sectors B-III and A-III of Zone-IV, eleven residential plots ranging from 1-Kanal corner plots to 10-Marla plots located across Zones III and IV with reserved prices between Rs 20,500,000 and Rs 22,500,000, and one cafeteria establishment on lease basis in the Central Park RMT with a monthly rent of Rs 150,000 inclusive of 10 percent annual increment over a 10-year lease term. The auction will be held at PDA Zone-IV Office at Regi Model Town, Peshawar.
Intended bidders must submit call deposits as specified for each property category from any scheduled bank in Peshawar in the name of Director General, Peshawar Development Authority at least one day before the auction date. The auction will be conducted in accordance with PDA Auction Regulations 2021 as amended in 2024. Successful bidders are required to deposit 35 percent of the bid amount within 10 days of bid approval, with forfeiture of call deposit in case of default, and the remaining 65 percent within two months of offer issuance.
