Pakistan Railways, Lahore Division invites sealed bids for the establishment of a Cafe Bogie Restaurant in Coach at Lahore Railway Station. The project aims to provide restaurant and bakery services at the station through experienced firms, individuals, or leading food chains with good reputation and standards. This is a significant commercial opportunity at one of Punjab's major transportation hubs. The tender reference is PID/L/357/26 and bidders must obtain detailed terms, conditions, and permissible items from the Divisional Superintendent office at Pakistan Railways, Lahore. The bid documents cost Rs.10,000 and are non-refundable.
Eligible bidders must submit a bid security of Rs.500,000 in sealed envelope as a Pay Order favoring the Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways, Lahore. The bidding will follow a Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure as per PPRA Rules. All bids must include both technical and financial proposals. Interested participants must ensure they have no outstanding litigation or disputes with Pakistan Railways to be considered for this contract. The contract period is three years with extendable provisions for two additional years, with annual license fee increases of 10 percent.
Bid documents must be submitted at or before 11:00 AM on July 20, 2026 at the Divisional Superintendent office. Technical Proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial Proposals will remain sealed and unopened until technical evaluation is completed. Following technical approval, financial proposals will be opened on a date and time conveyed separately to qualified bidders.
