Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the procurement of hydraulic jacks and wiper complete sets for HTV vehicles under RFQ-003832. The scope includes eight 20-ton hydraulic bottle jacks, three wiper complete sets for coasters, and one wiper complete set for buses. All items are required for delivery to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. Samples must be provided for approval for the wiper sets before final supply. The material is subject to final inspection upon delivery, and IBA reserves the right to cancel any items if they do not meet specifications or if delivery is delayed.
Interested suppliers must meet IBA's standard procurement requirements. Quotations should clearly itemize the unit rates and total cost for each item. Payment will be processed through crossed cheque following receipt of the invoice and delivery of goods. Applicable General Sales Tax and government levies will be charged at actual rates as per the applicable Statutory Regulatory Order (SRO). A liquidity damage clause of 2% per month will be imposed for delayed delivery. Stamp duty of 0.35% on the total purchase order value will be levied accordingly. Advance payment is subject to bank guarantee submission.
Quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi by 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. The submission should include all necessary documentation and the completed invoice/bill format. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without providing reasons and may issue purchase orders to multiple bidders or to the lowest responsive bidder.
